To export and transfer image files to your smartphones or tablets in Ulead PhotoImpact X3, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the image file you want to export in Ulead PhotoImpact X3.
2. Go to the "File" menu.
3. Select the "Save As" option.
4. Choose the desired file format (such as JPEG or PNG) for the exported image.
5. Select a location on your computer to save the exported image.
6. Connect your smartphone or tablet to your computer using a USB cable.
7. Transfer the saved image file from your computer to your smartphone or tablet's storage.
8. Safely disconnect your smartphone or tablet from your computer.

Unfortunately, there is no template or DVD menu available for this application, but based on the resources available for apps from the same family, it appears that templates and other stuff are released using installers.

Close the application if you have it opened and then locate the Templates and DVD menu installers. Double click on each one of them and then start the main software. You'll have the possibility to use them for your projects.
